Stephanie was born and raised in Humboldt County. She attended Eureka High School, then moved to Los Angeles where she graduated from CSU, Northridge with a BA in Business. She has worked in the legal industry for many years, including legal support companies, law firms, and owning and operating a process-serving business. Stephanie enjoys giving back to the community, and takes leadership roles coordinating community events. She also plays as a blocker for Humboldt Roller Derby.
Stephanie enjoys the “boutique style” approach at PETRUSHA LAW because the projects are all tailored to each client, offering a unique and special way to provide customer service.
Amy Hagan, Administrative Assistant
Amy came to Humboldt County to attend Humboldt State University. After graduating with a BA, she started her banking career, and has worked for various banks. Amy loves the art community in Humboldt and has found her talent making Dichroic glass jewelry.
She has served on several volunteer committees and is passionate about giving back to her community. Amy recently became a mother to her beloved son, Wyatt.
She is passionate about customer service and finds PETRUSHA LAW exceeds the clients’ expectations from the minute they walk in the door.
Kristin Martinique, Legal Assistant
Kristin is a California native and has lived in Humboldt since 2000. She worked for the City of Arcata Environmental Resources department, as a Grants Analyst for Internews Network, and had a dog-sitting business.
She has a couple of degrees and is a California certified paralegal. Kristin loves adventures of all kinds and is a frequent volunteer for good causes. She is committed to a right livelihood and enjoys knowing that estate planning is genuinely beneficial for people.
Haley Tucker, Legal Secretary
Haley began working for the family business at the age of 14, learning a variety of jobs from inventory clerk to office support to dispatch agent for Advanced Security Systems.
However, an experience working in the ER department at a local hospital ignited Haley’s passion for the medical field. She is currently completing an associate degree at CR and will transfer to Humboldt State to pursue a pre-med Biology degree. Her goal is to attend UCSF and eventually become an ER physician.
Haley enjoys learning about estate planning, especially health-related areas such as Advanced Health Care Directives. She also enjoys participating in company events.
