Our office safety plan
As we start to reopen our office, we are committed to keeping our clients and employees safe.
What We Are Doing
We are beginning to welcome clients back into our office, only for essential services such as signing appointments. As we do, we follow the latest guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and state and local authorities, including the following precautions:
Continued 6’ Physical Distancing
All employees as well as any visitors always maintain a 6-foot distance.
All employees wear facial coverings in the office; we provide disposable gloves and hand sanitizers at every workstation; protective barriers and signage in lobby area.
We follow rigorous cleaning procedures recommended by the CDC, sanitizing common areas multiple times daily, in addition to a weekly professional COVID-19 office sanitization using hospital-grade cleaners. Air purifiers with medical-grade HEPA filters are used throughout the office.
Measures include self-check procedures and health reviews. All employees adhere to self-screening policies and work remotely as needed; clients answer COVID-19 screening questionnaire within 24 hours before scheduled appointment.
Wipes & Sanitizer
Hand sanitizer available, and sneeze guards at registers. Touchless hand sanitizer dispenser, touchless soap dispensers, antibacterial wipes throughout the office.
To make physical distancing easier, we limit the number of guests to 2 at a time.
We are open for business during our regular hours, but employees are working staggered shifts in the office and remotely from home. Most client meetings are held by video or phone conference.
We now offer curbside document signings as well as in-house signing appointments, using strict safety and health protocols.
